Missed-Lead Recovery

When you are on a job, inquiries pile up. A web form sits unread or a voicemail waits until the evening, and by then the customer may have called someone else.

Catch inquiries you could not get to, collect the job details, and get a reply ready for you to send.

Photo-to-Estimate is a pilot for members who enter their own price book. You approve, change or reject every estimate, and Radar sends nothing; it opens to each member once the gates on its page have cleared. The other three solutions are still in research and cannot be used yet. None of them has a price yet.

How it is planned to work

  1. An inquiry comes in that nobody answered, starting with your website form or a voicemail or missed-call notice you forward.
  2. The system pulls out who it is from, what they need, where the job is and how urgent it sounds.
  3. It flags anything that looks urgent and points out what is still missing.
  4. It drafts a reply for you, using wording you approved.
  5. You get a short summary and the draft. You edit it and send it yourself from your own phone or email.

Who it is designed for

  • Owner-operated service businesses that miss inquiries while working
  • Businesses that get steady requests but have nobody at a front desk
  • Owners willing to review what the system prepares

What your business would receive

  • A short summary of each missed inquiry
  • A draft reply ready for you to edit and send
  • A simple record of inquiries and how quickly each one was answered
  • A regular review with us of what worked

The inquiry

  • Website form, 9:40 p.m. on a weekday
  • Invented customer, east El Paso

Hi, our water heater is leaking in the garage. Can someone come look at it this week?

Draft reply

Hi, this is Example Plumbing Co. (an invented business). This is an automated reply: we received your message about the leaking water heater, and the owner will review it. To help us prepare, what is the make or age of the heater, and is the leak steady or a slow drip? Reply STOP to opt out of further messages.

  • Identifies the business: Hi, this is Example Plumbing Co. (an invented business).
  • Says the reply is automated: This is an automated reply
  • Tells the person how to opt out: Reply STOP to opt out of further messages.

In the first version the owner edits and sends this reply personally. Automated sending stays blocked until counsel review and operator approval (D-092, decision 2), and real pilots wait for the owner-sent ruling (D-102). If automated sending were approved later, a reply to a 9:40 p.m. inquiry would wait until 9 a.m. Mountain.

What has been tested

Nothing has been tested yet.

How a pilot would run

  1. You request a consultation, and we aim to reply within two business days.
  2. We talk for 20 to 30 minutes about how inquiries reach you and count a baseline from your last 30 days.
  3. You approve the reply wording, the questions to ask and the people who should never get a draft.
  4. Once every gate below has cleared and pilot terms are signed, your web form and forwarded notices are connected.
  5. Each missed inquiry comes to you as a short summary with a draft reply. You edit it and send it yourself.
  6. We review the results with you for 30 minutes each week over 60 days, then you decide whether to continue.

What must clear first

  • Counsel has reviewed how this solution would contact anyone on the business's behalf. Automated messaging stays blocked until then (D-092, decision 2).
  • The operator has approved this specific pilot (D-092, decision 2).
  • Testing before the pilot uses invented conversations or consenting internal testers only (D-092, decision 2).
  • The business owner has authorized the pilot in writing, including what may be drafted and who sends it (D-092, decision 2).
  • An environment for real business data approved by the operator exists (D-151).
  • The operator has ruled on whether drafts the owner sends to real customers can be part of a pilot (D-102).

What it will never do

  • Send a binding message or make a commitment on your behalf.
  • Set or change a price. Prices come from you.
  • Contact a real customer without you.
  • Contact anyone who has not contacted you first.

In the first version

  • You send every reply yourself, from your own phone or email.
  • It reads your website form and the voicemail or missed-call notices you forward. It does not answer your phone.
  • Spanish drafts are planned and untested.

Questions owners ask

Can I start using it now?
No. It is still in research, and no business can use it yet. A consultation tells us what would make it worth piloting for you.
Will it text or call my customers?
No. In the first version it prepares a draft and you send it. Any automated texting waits for counsel review and operator approval.
Which inquiries can it see?
Your website form, and voicemail or missed-call notices your phone service can forward by email. We confirm what your phone service supports in the consultation.
Will it quote prices or book appointments?
No. Drafts never contain a price, a booking or a promise. Those stay with you.
What if a customer has asked not to be contacted?
The draft is withheld and the request is shown to you. You also give us a list of people who should never get a draft.
What happens to my business and customer information?
Pilots wait for an environment for real business data approved by the operator (D-151). Until then, testing uses only invented businesses and invented requests.
What does it cost?
There is no price yet. Pilot terms, including any fee, are set by the operator and agreed in writing before anything starts.
Can I stop a pilot?
Yes. How to stop is part of the written pilot terms, and every weekly review is a point to decide whether to continue.

This describes a proposed managed service. No deployment, automated customer contact or outcome is promised. A consultation is an inquiry, not an order.

Request a consultation

Tell us how inquiries reach you today and where they get lost. A consultation is a conversation. It does not sign you up for anything.

Please do not include your customers' names, phone numbers or photos. We use this only to reply to you.
